Here is a brand new one that I just looked at yesterday. It is walking distance and very nice!! Even has heated wood floors, full kitchen, queen bed, and beautiful gardens.. call her direct. Since she is not listed on Air B&B yet there are many weekends open. Just quickie phone pics but trust me it is very nice!! $150 per night 831-454-9368Her name is Laurie! (not me!)
Here is one that was just recommended by one of our students.....Please call the owner direct and tell her we sent you to get $85.00 per night. bed and breakfast

Here is an air B @ B in Davenport which is 4 miles from us.....it is a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath and perfect for a group of students. the whole place is $350 per night.
